So, this happened forever ago, but I completely spaced out on telling you guys about my awesome 21st birthday/college graduation party!
I really wanted to have an amazing party, since I was celebrating these two huge milestones at the very same time. I’d also been incredibly stressed out throughout that whole last semester, so I was really excited to finally be able to relax and have a great time with my family and friends.
(**Heads up, there’s gonna be a lot of pictures!)
One of my best friends, Christina, from high school.
Myself and Brent.
Dancing! We had an amazing DJ, my Mom’s friend Rob from college.
Myself and my three grandmothers.
Myself and my best friend Kaeli.
Christina and Kaeli kissing me on a cheek (we wanted to recreate this picture from two years ago).
Myself and my cousins Gillian and Jeffrey.
The delicious birthday cake! It was my favorite — yellow with chocolate sugar frosting — from Wright’s Dairy Farm.
Myself and my grandmother.
My friends dancing.
Myself and my grandfather.
I had an AMAZING time! It was the best night I’d had in a really, really long time. I even danced… for hours! (I’m sorry, but how can you not dance to Katy Perry???).
I definitely paid hard for it (read about my disability here) later that night and the whole next couple of days, but I’m so glad that I didn’t let it bother me at all while I was having fun (maybe it had a little something to do with the four vodka cranberry’s I drank….? ) and that I was able to dance as much as I wanted to.
It was also really nice to be able to see all of my family and friends in one place. There were a few people there that I hadn’t seen in a long time, so I was so happy that they were able to make it! Having everybody there to celebrate and have fun with me was… indescribably awesome.
