- Cinnabon-flavored coffee creamer (you have no idea how excited about this I am!)

- Pinto beans
- Blood oranges (I can’t even remember if I’ve ever had one of these before, but after buying them this week I can’t get enough! I think I may have had three today…)
- Frozen kale
Walmart Shopping List:
- Generic-brand frosted mini wheats
- Disinfecting wipes (I’m using these to disinfect my phone case daily. Don’t want to get that flu that’s going around!)
- Act mouthwash
- Slotted spoon
- Bath towel
- Spearmint gum
- Strainer (I’ve been wanting an extra one forever! I use mine all the time.)
- Consume at least 100g of protein. Check! I got 110.1g of protein yesterday.
- Consume at least 20g of fiber. Check! I had 30g of fiber.
- Get at least 4 servings of fruits/veggies. Check! I got 5 servings! I must’ve been those oranges
- Drink at least 100 oz. of water. Check!
- No more than one treat/dessert. Check! I had four Dove Chocolate & Peanut Butter promises (so addicting!).
- Do stretches/leg exercises. Check!
